Estate Technician
Liverpool – covering sites in the North West area
£23,890
- £25,147 per year
40 hours per week
We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Liverpool. This role will involve working in a team of 2 carrying out grounds maintenance tasks, the removal of fly tipping and general cleaning tasks including clearing of properties, replacing fencing, paving, landscaping and general caretaking duties across various sites in the North West. A van and tools will be provided to assist in this role. Development opportunities are available within the team for you to develop your skills and career.
The role of Estate Technician will include:
- Grass cutting, litter picking and gutter cleaning
- Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
- Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
- Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
- Some practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery an advantage
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Recent experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
- Previous experience in working with Housing Associations would be an advantageous, but not essential
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
