As a Service Desk Technician, you will be providing a single first point of contact to all users, for resolution of incidents and the administration of IT service requests.

An accurate detailed description of all calls taken will be required. The role of a Service Desk Technician is to resolve as many incidents as possible and to monitor, track, own and communicate the resolution of these incidents to other support teams.

Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £36,000-£38,000 (Experience Dependent)

The Role: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with a dynamic team to uphold safety standards and compliance.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £36,000-£38,000 based on your experience and expertise.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule.
• Call-Out Benefits: Enjoy a 1 in 5 weeks call-out schedule, compensated at £75 per week.
• Overtime Rates: Get paid at time and a half for Monday to Saturday and double time for Sundays.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair work.
