What you’ll do:

Welcome guests and the client with warmth and professionalism

Coordinate with the building authorities for building related matters
-
Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed
-
Assist with meeting room support and connectivity
-
Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance
What you bring:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
-
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
-
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
