• Applies extensive knowledge of industrial engineering processes to perform long-range pre-production planning for prime and support workload requirements relevant to depot maintenance.
• Develops/revises standards including labor, material, equipment and facilities for operations cards, labor, and material standards necessary for documentation of work requirements on engine workload and subsequent analysis for refinement.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron , a Maintenance Squadron , an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. Advises employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management. Maintains sound positions management practice when determining types and numbers of positions to support the organizational mission.
3. Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. • Incumbent will perform the duties of the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) Risk Manager for the 10th Medical Group.
• Oversees all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the MTF/Dental Treatment Facility (DTF) policies and procedures covering the risk management program.
• Coordinates with JA, Quality Director, Patient Safety Manager, Credentialing and Privileging Manger, and the Patient Advocate as needed.

The duties at the full-performance level include:

• Provide and implement fleet management operations for the Division.

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is: To function as the base Test Control Officer (TCO) and primary Test Examiner (TE) in the administration of the military personnel testing program, to perform technical, specialized work in support of Total Force education and training functions.

Duties:

• Manages and oversees the installation's military personnel testing program for accession and aptitude testing, promotion testing, and proficiency, and career development and progression testing.
