We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic ICT Support officer to join our ICT support team. As ICT Support Officer you will:
• support ICT systems including servers, PCs, Laptops, iPads, chromebooks and other ICT equipment as needed
• act as first line support for users at the site and will be expected to support staff and pupils with their ICT issues
• have previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of networks and IT systems
• apply logical and creative skills to support and develop systems
• be polite, approachable and have a can-do attitude
You will be expected to work predominantly at Ysgol Penweddig, Aberystwyth whilst also undertaking some duties at Canolfan Rheidol (Aberystwyth); Penmorfa (Aberaeron) and other supported locations as needed.
The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential.
