This position is overseen by the Employee Education department. The primary purpose of this position is to provide full service support to the Employee Resource Center (ERC) as well as ancillary TMS support as needed by the Employee Education Department.

Major Duties:

• Provide full oversight and management of the Employee Resource Center (ERC) to ensure effective operation of all hosted activities
• Maintain, set up, and tear down classroom furniture, equipment and supplies for all hosted activities.

• perform a variety of duties as a maintenance mechanic on buildings and utilities using journeyman skills in Sheetmetal, iron, wood crafting, masonry, glazing and painting some of these are historic building and utilities.
• Work with the building and utilities in constructing new, alter or repair, rehabilitate or modify existing historic items such as windows, doors, posts, beams, stairways, railings interior and exterior moldings siding, rafters, roofing, etc.
• May serve as 'Project Inspector' on later Historic Preservation Project contracts.
• Operates trucks up to 20,000 GVW on public roads.
• Operates and performs preventive maintenance on portable generators, and portable water pumps.

As a SURFACE MAINTENANCE MECHANIC LEADER - Title 32, WL-5801-10, you will serve as a working leader of three or more Surface Maintenance Mechanics, WG-5801-10. Performs mechanic duties involving maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and/or overhaul of a variety of combat, tactical, commercial, and special purpose vehicles and equipment. Provides technical subordinate guidance and group leadership to employees on the team.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide patient care and support to routine and specialized procedures for a staff of Podiatric surgeons.

• Performs a variety of specialized clinic procedures such as preliminary examination and evaluation of patients.
