As they continue to expand and evolve, they are now looking to strengthen their leadership team with the appointment of a Facilities Manager. This strategic hire will play a key role in driving business growth, innovation, and excellence, and we are seeking an exceptional candidate to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be;
· Proactively engage stakeholders to meet service expectations.
· Build effective relationships across multiple organizational levels.
· Serve as primary point of contact for IFM vendors and employees.
· Establish and monitor escalation procedures.
· Develop cost-saving initiatives with stakeholders.
· Review service offerings and identify areas for improvement.
· Coordinate contractor management programs.
· Advise IFM vendors on operational issues.
· Review financial reports, prepare accruals and variance analyses.
· Develop monthly management reports for senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
· Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
· At least 4 years of experience in managing soft and hard facilities.
· Hospitality/Service industry background will be preferred.
· Exposure to office, lab, or manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
· Possess Vendor management knowledge.
