We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly professional individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to fill the role of Community Facilities Manager. The successful post-holder will lead the management of the Trusts Community Facilities teams to ensure the provision and maintenance of a hygienic, clean and safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. The post-holder will also lead the provision of patient meals services at in-patient sites. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 with a degree of flexibility required. Your new role
You will lead repair and void functions, providing a high quality, value for money, and a customer-focused maintenance service.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the maintenance strategy, policy, and procedures in-line with wider visions and objectives.
• Deliver reactive ad void repairs to the required standard, on-time, and within budget, controlling materials and equipment, procuring suppliers and contractors as required.
• Devise and implement relevant health & safety procedures, managing risks to staff, customers, and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to be a natural leader of people, with the ability to effectively lead and supervise all members of the maintenance team - this will include providing toolbox talks, safety briefings, and annual performance reviews. As sound and comprehensive knowledge of property maintenance, ideally within a social housing environment, will also be important.
