- Acts as front-line Civil Engineering customer interface in receiving, reviewing, and defining appropriate work classification, priorities, and processing all Civil Engineering service requests and transitioning them to work tasks.
- Ensures the work assignments are accomplished in accordance with the appropriate regulations and within established timeframes.
- Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing all Civil Engineering Service Requests/Work Tasks and facility files associated with all work performed in facilities.
- Assists in maintaining and revising the Facility Manager (FM) listing to ensure current primary and alternates are assigned as required.
