Role & Responsibilities:

1. Plan maintenance and predictive maintenance.  
2. Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)
3. Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) plan.
4. Work with related function to follow up, update and closed OPLs.
5. Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of %Technical loses, MTBF, MTTR and Maintenance cost to achieve Business Plan target.

This position is located with the National Disaster Medical System (NDMS). NDMS supports state, local, tribal and territorial (SLTT) authorities following disasters and emergencies by supplementing health and medical systems and response capabilities. The HHS Office of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, in its role as Coordinator of Emergency Support Function 8 (ESF-8), Public Health and Medical Services, of the National Response Framework, employs the NDMS to provide patient care, patient movement, and definitive care, as well as veterinary services, and fatality management support when requested by authorities from states, localities, tribes and territories, or other federal departments. In a disease outbreak, they may provide mass prophylaxis. During a special event, they stand ready to serve in case of an emergency. But no matter what the specific mission is, NDMS teams provide expert patient care that protects individual health and promotes national health security.

Verify that the body of the deceased is the body to be autopsied and makes all arrangements to schedule the autopsy to include all necessary documentation, authorization and records.

Convey observations to Pathologist or Physician observed on body or organs; remove and maintain specimens for proper storage.

Assist Pathologist or Physician to perform autopsy (i.e.) incision, closing, tissue samples, organ samples.

Maintain proper assembly and routing of specimens for laboratory study; assist in collection of specimens to include DNA sampling.

• Perform a wide range of complex Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Facilities Porter/ General Operative will work as part site based team currently and will act as a support role to a number of facilities functions to ensure the effective running of FM delivery on site.
Act as main support person across multiple FM functions including;
Support F&B, snacking and cleaning functions on site
Support site based event performing event set-ups, altering furniture, providing
support to FC and cleaning teams when needed.
Support MAC altering furniture set-ups, space admin and stationery orders
Support Facilities Administrator in raising tasks, closing tasks assigned to them,
chasing up contractors when required and updating tickets/customers. All tasks to be completed within agreed and set SLA's.
Support shipping in terms of sorting and distributing post and couriers, delivering
stationery and packing and shipping items as per customer needs.
Act as a main contact for professional meeting and greeting external contractors, guests and temporary personnel.
Assist in managing amenities on site including setting up, advertising, managing bookings and answering queries in a timely manner.
Assist FC, AFM, RFM and customers when facilities support is requested such as
assistance with collating marketing items, packing shipments, assisting team meetings with set-ups.
