• Primary responsibilities are in support of the man-hour data for the Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS).
• Coordinates corrections and adjustments with departments and work centers for accuracy.
• Performs calculations when necessary to determine more accurate man-hour totals when reported man-hours do not correlate to the workload statistics and the work centers fail to make the appropriate corrections.

• Manages the departmental databases for assigned areas within clinical services of responsibility.
• Maintains knowledge of pending conferences, appointments, briefings, telephone calls to remind senior administrative staff of such commitments.
• Prepares correspondence ensuring documents have grammatical correctness, clarity of thought, and proper format.

• Perform inter-oral procedures as directed by dentist.
• Instruct patient in proper dental techniques, care of appliances, and causes of dental decay.
• Retrieve digital images and/or develop and finish film.
• Obtain and record related medical history of patient.
• Pour and trim models from impressions, and construct custom impression trays.
