Key Responsibilities:
Participate in training programs to acquire knowledge and skills related to hemodialysis procedures, equipment operation, and patient care protocols. Assist senior technicians and nurses in setting up dialysis machines, monitoring patient vital signs, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during treatments. Learn to perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on dialysis machines and equipment according to established protocols. Observe and learn to recognize signs of complications or adverse reactions during dialysis treatments, and assist in responding appropriately under supervision. Develop proficiency in documenting patient information, treatment data, and other relevant records accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to infection control guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Participate in ongoing educational opportunities and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in renal care and dialysis.
