As an ML Engineer, your pivotal role involves operationalizing ML Models developed by the Bank’s data scientists. You will serve as the focal point for ML model refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, and quality monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conduct reviews for compliance of the ML models in accordance with overall platform governance principles such as versioning, data / model lineage, code best practices and provide feedback to data scientists for potential improvements

• Develop pipelines for continuous operation, feedback and monitoring of ML models leveraging best practices from the CI/CD vertical within the MLOps domain. This can include monitoring for data drift, triggering model retraining and setting up rollbacks.

• Optimize AI development environments (development, testing, production) for usability, reliability and performance.

• Have a strong relationship with the infrastructure and application development team in order to understand the best method of integrating the ML model into enterprise applications (e.g., transforming resulting models into APIs).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python used both for ML and automation tasks

As a ML Platform Architect on the Central Software team, you will play a vital part in scaling machine learning (ML) efforts across Boston Dynamics.  In this role, you’ll design the tools, infrastructure, and pipelines that unify how our many product ML/RL engineers and researchers get stuff done. Here at Serco, we are seeking a talented IT Solution Architect with experience of Facilities Management solutions to support the execution of IT projects and bids by working with key stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Working within key stakeholders (business and IT), you will identify any gaps between business requirements and current IT capabilities, defining solutions to bridge the gaps, ensuring the project scope is maintained, and solutions implemented in line with Serco’s architectural principles and the IT strategy for the BU.

You will work closely with clients and business representatives to understand their business needs and design solutions to tackle the IT need of each project or bid. As part of this you’ll:

- Whilst working on bids, liaise with the business development and bid teams to formulate appropriate solutions and cost models
- Attend solution reviews and, if appropriate, governance boards, to ensure solutions are approved and adhere to Serco architectural standards
