We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Measurement Technician to measure and assess spaces for the installation of our products. You will liaise directly with customers, ensuring accurate measurements are taken to guarantee perfect fit and functionality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and assess door and window openings at customer sites, ensuring precise measurements for custom installations.
• Communicate with clients to understand specific requirements and preferences.
• Record measurements and specifications clearly for sales, production and installation teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Does not matter to us.
• Experience: Not necessary, but experience is a plus. (For doors, windows, or other construction-related fields.)
• Language Proficiency: Basic English
• Licence: Valid driving License, with own vehicle preferred.

Salary Range: $2,000-$4,000 monthly, according to experience and compatibility with the role.

Responsibilities:

- Uphold a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the customer premises.

- Manage the execution and performance of junior staff, delivering adequate training and guidance to meet contractual standards.

- Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work of the staff, taking immediate corrective measures to improve any substandard performance.

- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas and fill in for staff when required (e.g., during staff leave, medical leave, or absences).

- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices. Promptly report any accidents or incidents to your superior.
