This role will join the Product PR team and report into SEA Head of Corporate Communications and PR, to help create and implement PR initiatives for Apple's Mac business with an emphasis on social-first campaigns. • This role will work in partnership with agency teams across the region to create strategies and deliver campaigns that increase awareness and understanding of products and their software.
• The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a variety of other teams and functions to create and deliver the activity that increases awareness and understanding. This may include other product PR managers, including Apple Intelligence and operating systems, SEA product PR Managers across iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, education and health, Product Marketing and Marcom teams.
• This role will help find new relationships amongst the talent and communities that use our products to deliver the world’s most exciting work, and will be tasked with leading our efforts in finding new media and social platforms through which we can tell those stories.
• This role will involve travel up to 30%.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years experience in public relations, influencer relations or PR agency in Southeast Asia
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Description:

• Plans, organises, co-ordinates and executes effective Facilities Management in accordance with established policies and budget.
• Develops annual maintenance plan to ensure the offices, AMP@Pasir Ris and CommonSpace, are running in tip-top condition.
• Sources and appoints reliable contractors for maintenance and repairs services in accordance with established policies.
• Supervises maintenance and repair works and process payments for satisfactory services rendered.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders regarding facilities and security-related issues.
• Manages and coordinates tenants, renters and public usage of AMP facility. Manage contracts, terms and conditions and billing terms with current and prospective renters/tenants.
• Liaises with building owner, authorities and building partners pertaining to building services and facilities.
• Attends to needs of operating units for fixture & fittings, equipment and executes appropriate purchases as requisite.
• Manages issuance of passes, parking tokens, renewal of utilities contractors for electricity and monitoring of utilities (water and electricity).
• Prepares annual maintenance and services budget.
• Represents AMP at facilities related meetings and events.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in facilities/building management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in property management or commercial building administration.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance and upkeep of Mosque facilities
• Conduct periodic inspection, and preventive and corrective maintenance as per contract agreement and/or schedules
• Capable in troubleshooting simple electrical and mechanical systems
• Liaise, supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors on repair and maintenance works including payment matters.
• Attend to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, service request pertaining to mosque facilities and/or equipment
• Manage a team of Maintenance Support Officers
• Work closely with Head if Department to prepare, review and propose annual budget and expenditures

Requirements

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities
• Good knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems
• Certificate in Infocomm Technology (IT) would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Possess good time management skills and communication skills
• Able to work independently and a team player
