Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

Requirements/Qualifications:
● Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation or
Maintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3.
● Up to date 18th edition I.E.E. wiring regulations.
● Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial or
commercial setting within a facilities management organization.
● Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits & schematics.
● Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to electrical
maintenance.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a
team.
● Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clear
maintenance reports.
● A valid & full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position.
Day to Day Duties:
● Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and
troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
● Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and
maximizing equipment efficiency.
● Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, power
distribution, and control panels.
● Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical and
mechanical issues.
● Assisting in the development of maintenance plans and procedures to enhance
system performance and safety.
● Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with
safety regulations and company standards.
● Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry
trends and best practices.
