Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mobile across Southampton and surrounding areas
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
Call Out: 1 in 4 (Retainer: £130 With Overtime pay rate if called out)
Holiday: 26 days + 8 bank holidays

With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, they are expanding their team and looking for a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic workforce.
Role Overview:
As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be mobile, covering Southampton and the surrounding areas, providing a vital service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabric and building systems in offices and living spaces.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Collaborate with the wider FM team to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in fabric maintenance within a commercial or residential environment.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance systems and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Relevant qualifications in building maintenance or a related field are advantageous.
