In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects and staff from conception to completion and in addition to designing and manufacturing electrical systems for both 12V and 240V. Ensuring that these systems meet all regulatory requirements and are installed proficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects and stages of the build, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, in particular the electrical system installation, which is required to pass independent testing and certification.
- Collaborate with design teams and different build departments to develop optimal layouts and schematics for campervan conversions and warehouse process to ensure timely production and delivery of motorhomes.
- Source and select appropriate electrical components and materials for each project. Oversee and on occasion install, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems, including, but not limited to solar panels, batteries, inverters, chargers, appliances, lighting, and communication devices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

In addition to developing maintenance planning strategies and schedules, the incumbent will coordinate and monitor the maintenance of all plant equipment and be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Calibrate and monitor plant equipment to maximise efficiency and meet site/plant goals and KPIs;
- Determine planning strategies required to maintain machinery and all equipment to prevent machinery malfunctions;
- Ensure timely implementation and coordination of all maintenance requirements, including repair, transport and storage of plant equipment spares;
- Identify machinery faults and breakdowns and prioritise plant/equipment repairs;
