Facilities Maintenance Officer, Gold Coast (North), $72,000 inc super.

You will ideally have prior maintenance experience across commercial property although we are also considering other industries as a gateway role into the commercial facilities management space.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Assist in the organisation of the planned preventative maintenance schedule.
Accountable for the day-to-day running of ad-hoc maintenance repairs.
Monitor performance standards for external/service providers for all maintenance works.
Coordinate timely responses to air-conditioning, safety and minor repairs.
Waste management, ensure the correct utilisation of the waste collection stations to ensure waste recycling targets are achieved i.e. cardboard, plastics, glass
Develop an understanding of maintenance contracts
WHS compliance
Support the budgeting process in relation to project works, full lifecycle asset planning and the day to day O & M.

Key Skills and Requirements:
Must be living in Australia with easy access to Gold Coast (North) QLD.

We have a full-time position for a Trainee Swimming Pool Technician to maintain and service swimming pools and equipment for an immediate start in the northern suburbs of Perth – Kingsley and Wanneroo.

THE ROLE
As a swimming pool technician you will be cleaning and servicing swimming pools and equipment, water balancing and installations. Training provided. After a trial period a work vehicle will be provided.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Living in Australia within easy reach of Kingsley and Wanneroo Northern Perth.
A basic technical aptitude
Full drivers licence (manual)
The ability to work with tools hand and power to work unsupervised after completing training.
Punctual and reliable
