We are seeking a It Support Technician, to join an exciting client's team on a temporary basis. Looking for someone who has previous first and second line experience, project work experience and a good knowledge of windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.
Key Deliverables:
- Provide first and second line support staff for all issues with laptops both in office and site locations
- Manage active directory accounts, including creation and deactivating
- Provide advice and guidance on mobile network and devices, including configuration of mobile handsets for email
- Carryout project work including help with the specification and implementation
- Update and maintain all software and asset registers
- Provide support for server backups (both server and user).
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
- Ability to work on own initiative, taking ownership of issues from inception to resolution
- Possess good problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Experience with project work and user support
- Excellent team working skills
- Experience with working under pressure
- Excellent time keeping skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Possess a full UK Clean driving licence
- A strong knowledge of these following systems: Windows 10 & 11 professional, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Antivirus software, Android and IOS management
