As the Technician Technology, you will be responsible for; execute the installation, maintenance and fault finding safely of Fleet Machinery Communications ie: LTE, CAS, Wireless Fidelity, Communications tower and trailer maintenance Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: Demonstrate commitment and conformance to safe work practices and procedures Heavy or Light Mobile Equipment Experience Mobile Radio Network experience (LTE, WIFI, CAS) Analytical and problem-solving skills ABOUT YOU You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency Fleet Management Systems experience Mining Experience, Road Train or Light Vehicle Experience Working at Heights, High Risk Work Licence (EWP, LF) 2 years’ experience in a relevant or equivalent role, with experience in a large-scale mine preferred Requires detailed knowledge of tasks related to LTE,CAS and WIFI Communications tower and trailer maintenance Qualifications for this position are: WA ‘A’ electrical license current Working at Heights, High Risk Work Licence (EWP, LF) South32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
