• Plans, organizes, leads and controls the Group training program and assist Unit training programs as needed to ensure combat readiness.
• Assist with processing of all Career Development Course (CDC) waivers, reenrollment requests and two-time CDC failures for the Group and subordinate units. Administers Training and Distance Learning Programs.
• Responsible for overall management of OJT program for the Group and oversight of subordinate unit's OJT program. Manages the development of education and training instructional products.
• Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distributed Learning, and multimedia education and training programs.
• Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Personnel Data System (PDS). Plans, organizes, leads and controls the Developmental Education Board and Reserve School Selection Board process for the Group's and subordinate unit's officers on an annual basis.

Duties
1. This position will support the Federal Government's response efforts to COVID-19.
2. Performs hazard and risk assessment and conducts a complete incident analysis. Drives and operates firefighting vehicles, such as pumpers, aerial ladder trucks, and Airport Rescue Fire Fighting (ARFF) vehicles.
3. Performs crash-rescue and firefighting duties involving air traffic or support operations where hazardous conditions are such that the expectancy for fire is high and potential for becoming destructive is great.
4. Performs structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities, which may include large multistoried buildings, industrial areas, and/or base storage facilities. Performs rescue of personnel and a variety of first aid measures to alleviate further injury and prepare the victim(s) for transport to a medical facility.
5. Maintains firefighting equipment and fire station facilities. Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.

• Conducts extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns. Retrieves data and uses data to respond to a variety of customer, program review, and vendor inquiries.
