The primary purpose of the position is to operate various engineering and construction equipment. Major duties include:

Performance Improvement Programs The Supervisory Transportations Specialist manages the VALBHCS transportation program quality assurance processes. Conducts and/or participates in studies, analyzes findings, and makes recommendations for performance improvement programs related to the VALBHCS' transportation.
Quality and Productivity Goals Assures VA performance measures and standards issued by various accrediting, regulatory and higher agency authorities pertaining to the VALBHCS' transportation are met.
