Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing 5 production technicians and contractors when necessary
- Ensuring electronic and mechanical products are delivered on time and within budget to customers
- Managing MRP/ERP Systems and stock levels
- Ensuring production KPIs are followed and met
- Ensuring H&S in production is followed
- Planning production schedules and forecasting
- Sourcing suppliers to procure complex machined parts
- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new products
Key Skills
- Solid engineering understand with ability to read technical drawings
- Experience in Electronic manufacturing would be highly beneficial
- Experience in Oil & Gas / Aerospace / Defence
- Experience purchasing complex machined components
- Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of quality standards, Quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards
Package
- £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
