Primary Function: 

• To develop, buy-off, implement and monitor an efficient of manufacturing jig & fixture or tools to meet the customer products requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Work primarily on fixtures for assembly, pressing, work holding, welding and special tools used in machining and sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to work cross with other functionally team for effective manufacturing process and react to need from time to time.
• Liaise with supplier for tool fabrication and price negotiation
• Making continuous improvements to existing Jig & Fixture and Tools
• Has a good knowledge of various materials for tools application
• Provide technical assistance to production operations
• Conducts field investigations as needed to verify existing tools conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Academic Qualification: Minimum diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronic / Industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experiences in jig & fixture and Tool Design. Preferably in metal stamping, metal fabrication.
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and / or customer GD&T.
• Well skill & knowledge in Auto CAD / Solid Work.
• Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work with others independently. Ability to work under tight dateline.
• Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.

職位要求：

• 學術資格：機械/製造/機電一體化/工業工程或同等學歷的最低文憑。
• 工作經驗： 至少 2 年夾具和工具設計經驗。最好是金屬沖壓、金屬製造。
• 精實製造和/或客戶 GD&T 方面的知識。
• 良好的 Auto CAD / Solid Work 技能和知識。
• 態度積極，高度誠信，能獨立與他人合作。能夠在緊迫的日期期限內工作。
• 精通英語/Microsoft Excel。
