Salary: £11.44 per hour increasing with length of service
Hours: Monday-Thursday 0800am-1645pm, Friday 0800-1200pm
Location: South Molton
Benefits: Early finish on a Friday, leading to a permanent contract, 33 days holiday after 12 weeks, accessible by public transport.

As an Assembly Operative, your primary responsibility will be to assemble high-quality actuator components for the aerospace industry. The aerospace industry demands nothing short of perfection, and it is your mission to help us deliver on that demand by using your exemplary assembly skills and dexterity. You will be working with state-of-the-art equipment, cutting-edge technology, and a team of highly dedicated professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results. You must possess excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision tools. Experience in assembly work, particularly in the aerospace industry, is highly desirable but not necessary. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling actuator components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Conducting quality checks on finished products.
- Troubleshooting and solving assembly issues.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production processes.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Continuously improving assembly techniques to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly work in a factory environment is desirable
