• You will drive vehicles on specific trips or regularly established schedules/routes to transport material, equipment, and personnel within TRlREFFAC, to activities, and outside points over primary and secondary highways and poorly maintained roads.
• You will operate the above vehicles to transport the following TRIREFFAC and visiting personnel, tractors, small cranes, and other heavy equipment, industrial materials, hazardous materials, and other supplies/items as assigned.
• You will operate other lighter or heavier capacity vehicles and equipment than designated above as an incidental or occasional duty.

• Receives, examines, verifies, and identifies complex categories of materials and equipment, such as those which are toxic, radioactive, perishable, classified, high-valued equipment, precious/strategic metals, and complex electronic or mechanical equipment, assemblies, and components
• Maintains an aggressive surveillance inspection program on stored/on-hand items. Verifies items/equipment are properly identified and marked/tagged
• Receives, examines, and determines condition of a wide variety of complex items and materials to be turned in/removed. Performs most complex disposal tasks, such as those required in dealing with reuse, salvage, and sales preparation of a wide variety of complex items and materials
• Monitors special programs, computerized listings, and documentation/records. Monitors the Repair Cycle, Time Change, and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) programs. Uses and maintains tools
• Operates electric, LPG, or diesel powered fork lift trucks capable of lifting loads weighing less than 10,000 pounds as high as 168 inches. Utilizes safety and security practices and procedures following established rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work area

Operates field-type tractors with attachments to maintain the grasses at the golf course.

Operates a variety of equipment to include but not limited to the following: mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, clippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, moveable dozer, blades, backhoe, and other equipment ranging from small hand held applicators to tractor drawn liquid and solid dispensers. Makes all adjustments to equipment to ensure proper settings, connections, and mechanical soundness of equipment.

Observes all safety rules and regulations pertaining to vehicle operation. Performs operator maintenance on field-type tractors and related equipment.

• Changes flowcharts, and computes daily use of make-up water, steam production, fuel usage (both natural gas and diesel) and calculates heating and cooling degree days to validate efficient operation. Performs hourly inspection of equipment under load.
• Follows established procedures during the lighting of, operation, sequencing, and during all boiler procedures and testing.
• Completes annual inspections of both types of boilers.
• Inspects fire box for refractory ass and tube wear on the outside of tubes, baffles, piping, and tubes for wear and scaling.
• Operates and maintains all support equipment: deaerator tank, condensate tank, condensate pumps, feed water pumps, forced draft blowers, air compressors and fuel oil pumps.
• Performs operator-level preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, fire-tube and water tube boilers, pumps, valves steam traps, valve actuators and damper linkages and other associated equipment.
