As a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER, GS-1152-09, you will be responsible for advising, planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance requirements and utilization scheduling between maintenance, operations, and external organizations. Actively participates in the Wing Flying Hour Working Group for planning, scheduling, and execution of the Wing's Flying Hour Allocation process. Verify and reconciles the accuracy of unit flying hour allocations daily with Wing Operations Group and as directed with NGB AVDO and the Flying Hour Analyst. Manages all assigned major commodity areas (Airframe, Engine, Components and Special Projects). Develops, analyzes and evaluates multiple Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS) and various databases reports, charts and graphs to inform senior maintenance management. Actively participates in daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, and quarterly/yearly planning programs and meetings. Communicate and advise leadership of potential over-utilization conditions. Analyzes and improves repair processes, methods, procedures and standards. Research and determine cause for missed maintenance-related scheduled events and documents findings as required. Develop local procedures to ensure effective and efficient scheduling of engines, support equipment, and develops, writes, and publishes guidance for aircraft document reviews. Work Schedule: This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule that consists of a 5-day workweek, then a 4-day workweek (eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80-hour pay period. Work schedule is subject to change based on mission requirements.

The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to develop and implement aircraft maintenance work plans and schedules to ensure the effective and efficient accomplishment of required maintenance and coordination in support of unit operational flight scheduling. Duties:
1. Develops maintenance plans for assigned aircraft and associated equipment. Develops preliminary operational schedules (utilization plans) and provides the Operations Group with an estimate of maintenance support capability to meet operational requirements
2. Implements maintenance plans through the development and publication of maintenance schedules to include scheduled and unscheduled repair actions, time-sensitive inspections or modifications, component time change replacement and aircraft or system inspections
3. Responsible for maintaining Data Documentation to include Aircraft Maintenance Historical Documentation, Aircraft Jacket Files, Aircraft Document Reviews. Coordinates the implementation of the Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Program, to include the application of individual TCTOs
4. Serves as Aerospace Vehicle Distribution Officer (AVDO) to include the overall responsibilities for the maintenance and reporting of aircraft inventory and status/utilization for all assigned aircraft.
5. Monitors configuration management of the unit aircraft. Provides unit managers the capability to determine the actual versus approved configuration of an aircraft or equipment. Conducts training and skill level progression of assigned Air Force Reserve production schedulers

• Applies knowledge regarding the height, width, length, and weight of vehicles driven to judge overhead and side clearances, turning radius, braking distance, and the safest distance to be maintained from a preceding vehicle.

• Required to keep accurate logs on the various phases of operation, plant condition(s), and laboratory test results.

As a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER, GS-1152-09, you will establishes plans and schedules for maintenance and repair, using multiple process production methods and procedures for a variety of vehicles and equipment such as combat vehicles, heavy-duty engineering and mobile equipment, tracked vehicles, towed and self-propelled artillery, communications and electronic equipment, guided missile systems, and small arms. Implements maintenance plans and monitors progress of accomplishments. Using readiness, production and management reports available from the current automation support program and/or manual system, provides status of equipment, maintenance actions in progress, and location of equipment as required or requested. Responsible for data input of work order information, status changes, supply updates, and other pertinent information. Makes on-the-spot adjustments to repair priorities necessitated by unscheduled maintenance requirements.

1. Assist in operating snow-making equipment for creating manufactured snow from water resources to produce quality snow through the use of air, water, and fan equipment. Position snow guns and hoses appropriately on the mountain - adjusting, turning, or moving of snow guns as directed. Assists in the placement of all equipment. Sustain the safe and continuous operation of the lifts for extended periods of time.

2. Operate a variety of vehicles, equipment, machinery and tools ranging from snow cats, electric snow-making machines, chairlift, rope tow, pick-up truck with snowplow, snowmobiles, high pressure air water pumps, air compressors, after Coolers and miscellaneous power tools to facilitate the snowmaking process or recreational activities. Operate high voltage equipment and high pressure air and water systems utilizing appropriate safety precautions.

3. Assists with conducting routine inspection and minor maintenance checks on ski lodge vehicles, snow-making equipment, as well as camping equipment, hand tools, small gas/electric motors and machinery and camper site water/electric systems. Maintenance may include oil changes, battery checks, and condition of brakes, filling tanks with gasoline, checking fluid levels, hoses, and filters, changing fan belts, and replacing lights. Assists with the upkeep of equipment. Document and report mechanical/safety issues.

4. Maintain load and unload ramps in areas around lift stations in various weather conditions including shoveling and/or raking snow, remove snow around snow-making equipment and other areas around the resort as needed. Ensure the goals of snow plan are being met. Assist with regular operations and report any issues that may arise to Team Lead or Shift Supervisor. Monitor the snow-making system on a continuous basis for water consumption and availability in relation to usable pumps, air consumption and availability, to ensure that snow-making is carried out at top capacity.

5. Assist skiers in loading and off-loading of the chair lift in a safe and proper manner. Ensures safety of patrons and is alert at all times for unsafe conditions, mechanical malfunctions and possible injury to skiers through their own negligence. Answers a variety of questions from patrons on ski operations. Advises lift supervisor of any condition or occurrence that may adversely affect the safety of the operation. Follows procedures as defined in the SOP for lift operations.

6. Assist with physical support to the Ski Patrol Staff in the event of severe injury to patrons or staff. Reports inappropriate behavior or accidents to the Ski Patrol or Facility Coordinator.

7. Keep area of responsibility, to include the ski lodge, in a high state of cleanliness both inside and outside. Clears snow from customer traffic areas. Organize the maze to provide orderly and friendly access to the lift; help to manage guests for efficient loading. Check tickets to ensure guests are utilizing the appropriate locations of the ski resort.

8. Perform a variety of maintenance work at the Otter Lake Recreational Area: clears brush and debris, mows grass, establishes and maintains hiking trails. Cleans bathhouses, latrines, cabins and trailers. Makes repairs to equipment owned by Otter Lake. May occasionally assist with repairing roads and parking/storage lots; breaking up pavement with a jackhammer, mixes and pour concrete, asphalt and hot mix, fills and level holes, or use motorized paint sprayer to line RV storage lot.

9. Provide superior service to customers (internal and external) at all times. Follow the Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with the guess and responds to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner. Provides assistance to patrons by answering questions about facilities, giving directional information, setting up camping/party/playground areas and equipment, explaining rules and regulations etc. Enforces safety, hygiene and health standards, policies, and regulations.

10. Load, unload, or relocate heavy or bulky equipment including but not limited to: 10-place kayak trailers, rafting/ATV trailers, Aliners, 26ft ocean boats utilizing 1 Ton vehicle or ATV/equivalent. Load/offload utility trailers with variety of outdoor equipment.

11. Assists in setting-up, maintenance and take down of all special planned programs/events. Sets up and maintains recreation equipment. Performs routine repairs and maintenance on park equipment. Assist other personnel in the completion of other in-house maintenance/construction projects for the park.

12. Operate vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds to various locations both on and off base in a variety of weather conditions. Conduct assigned tasks and operate assigned equipment and vehicles in a safe manner.
