PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR – CREWE - £23,500 plus annual bonus
Due to continued success, we are working with a fantastic Crewe based manufacturing company with a global presence. A market leader in their industry, year on year they have experienced continual growth since they were established in 1990. We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Administrator to join their team.

PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR JOB PURPOSE
To provide all round administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the production facilities. To assist in the co-ordination of stock to be able to produce. Ensure all key stock is controlled to deliver consistent operating standards. Manage stock levels and system reports.
PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES
• Provide a broad administrative support to ensure production operates smoothly
• Support in the co-ordination of stock to produce required daily volumes
• Ensure physical stock and system stock numbers are correct at all times
• Generate daily reports regarding production efficiency
• Identify variances to planned targets
• Input weekly figures
• Record and monitor KPIs
• Ensure correct amounts of materials are supplied to the line
• Complete batch reporting
• Investigate and analyse to identify best practice
• Complete regular stock counts and consumables stock counts
• Ensure all production SOPs are correct and up to date
• Order and manage PPE
• Order consumables as and when required
• Accurately record and analyse data to provide KPI information
PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS
• Proven extensive experience within an administration role
• Ideally experienced working within a manufacturing environment
• Confident using various systems especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• It is preferred you have experience using Oracle
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator
• Able to multi-task and prioritise
• Confident decisions maker
• Flexible
• Adaptable
PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR PACKAGE
• Working Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm
• £23,500
• KPI bonus based on annual target – 10% of salary
• Christmas shutdown
• On-site parking
• 31 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
