Full-Time positions, Temp -Perm
Our client is looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join the team at their vehicle manufacturing plant in Barton Business Park DE 13 8BX. You will join our production team responsible for the production of interiors of cars, you will be working within one of our main areas of production which are Assembly, Production Line, Quality, Plastic injection moulding, Wrapping and Sewing,
Hours of work:
• 40 hours per week, working a one, two or three shift rotation
• Days Only: 06:00 to 14:00
• Two Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm or TMUK 6am-2pm, 3:15pm-11:15pm
• Three shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
• You will need to attend a 10-minute briefing prior to the start of your shift.
Pay Rates:
• Days only: £10.80
• Two shift rotation: £11.56
• Three shift rotation: £12.56
• Overtime can be called up to 2 hours a day in line with the business needs
• Overtime is paid at time and half after 40hours and Saturday and double time on Sunday.

• Working on our production line, running one of our manufacturing processes, building an element for the interior of vehicle
• Confirming quality, and inspection.
• Taking ownership for improving the condition of your process.
• Raising and implementing improvement ideas.
