**Shift Pattern:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
**Salary:** £14.00 to £17.00 per hour

**Short Overview:**
A manufacturing company based in Kidderminster is seeking an experienced Brake Press Setter Operator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with brake press machinery, a solid understanding of technical drawings, and a strong attention to detail. **Key Duties:**
* Operate and set up press brake machinery to bend and shape sheet metal according to specifications.
* Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
* Set and operate mechanical guillotines to cut sheet metal to required lengths for folding.
* Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing basic maintenance as needed.
* Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.

**Key Requirements:**
* Proven experience operating press brake machinery or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency in basic mathematics for measurements and calculations related to fabrication processes.
* Experience with tooling setup, welding, grinding, and fabrication of sheet metal.
* Familiarity with legacy Amada press brakes and turret punches, including programming, operation, and basic maintenance.
* Forklift license and the right to work in the UK.
