The successful incumbent will possess strong leadership skills to lead a team of 5 to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and logistics activities.

The Job:

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions and business units.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for total cost savings and execute plans to achieve savings.
• Actively manage supplier relationships to meet cost, cash flow, quality, and service level goals.
• Oversee the investment selection process, lead negotiations, manage key supplier contracts, and ensure contract compliance.
• Enhance supplier performance and conduct quality audits.
• Ensure contract compliance regarding payment terms, pricing, discounts, and rebates.
