Responsibilities
Operate various production machinery and equipment efficiently while following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Assemble products or components as per production specifications and quality requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards. Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
Load and unload materials onto production lines and maintain an organized work area.
Monitor the production process and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Notify maintenance staff of any equipment malfunctions.
Complete necessary production records, including work orders, logs, and inspection reports.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and workspaces to maintain a tidy and safe working area.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM level.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Ability to operate machinery and understand technical processes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good physical health, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Able to work in shift

CNC Metal Machining was incorporated on the 10 of March 1992 to undertake the machining challenges in the precision and semi-precision metal parts and components for machinery and equipment, automation systems, air conditioner, motorcycles and automobile industries. We had also machined parts for the oil & gas, medical and food industries. Throughout the past 22 years, we had grown in size and strength.
