• Being in charge of daily production monitoring and maintaining.
• Supporting in documentation control.
• Supporting engineers for data collection. Preparing report based on engineers request.
• Supporting in doing experimental tests in production floor together with engineers.
• Assisting engineers in simple admin tasks.
• Other tasks will be assigned depending on your performance.

• Daily monitor and track production KPIs/activities (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery), if any.
• Revise operation document set (ODS) under instruction of supervisor.
• Prepare, deliver and monitor memos to shop floor.
• Support in documentation control.
• Support digitalization service (develop web form by Manual Master software, Power BI report dashboard, data preparation, Power Apps, etc).
• Support business requirement, and technical document.
• Other tasks will be assigned on demand.

• Standardize processes and improvements to achieve targets in SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Support and follow up on problem-solving activities as part of the Continuous Improvement Process.
• Be in charge of daily production monitoring and maintenance.

• Revise operational documents under the instruction of engineers and support documentation control.
• Participate in departmental projects under the instruction of engineers.

• Support engineers in collecting production data (Excel data processing) & Prepare reports based on engineer's requests.
• Support engineer in doing experimental tests on the production floor. 
• Participate in projects to improve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) on the production floor. 
• Manage document control processes effectively. 
• Assist engineers in performing simple admin tasks.
• Other tasks will be assigned depending on your performance. 

• Deliver English training sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal members to enhance English competencies (60%).
• Utilize Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and SharePoint to enhance training services with high quality and efficiency (30%).
• Perform frequent audits for the internal team (5%).
• Organize internal events such as workshops and team building activities, or other assigned tasks (5%).

• Assist engineer to do problem solving (20%)

• Involve to System CIP (Continuous improvement) (20%)

• Monitor performance of production line
• Support problem solving in production lines
