Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $3,450 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement for an existing system. (E.g. create feedback questionnaires and coordinating interviews).

· Support in the continual user story refinement for accurate and up-to-date requirement documentations.

· Support development process and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc.

· Provide basic troubleshooting support to users encountering issues with the digital platform and coordinate bug triage activities.

· Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.

· Manage and collate of statistics and reporting on product health, management reporting and project progress.

· Manage documentation of operational processes and procedures related to the digital platform.

· Perform other duties as assigned to support the end-to-end innovation processes and workflows put in place.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any discipline

· Experience in Project Management and has a keen interest in the digital space and an appreciation of technologies

Also provides Premium Residential & SME broadband & cybersecurity services.

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Strategy: Conducting market research, defining product roadmap, developing & executing product strategies
• Product Development: Prioritizing features & enhancements, managing product development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams (internal & external) to define product requirements
• Product Launch: Coordinating with cross-functional teams (internal & external) to develop sales enablement & positioning materials, planning & executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches, and conducting product training sessions.
• Product Performance Monitoring: Establishing KPIs to measure product success, monitoring products’ performance, & identifying areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Presenting product progress reports, plans, updates, milestones, and challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Fostering continuous improvements, and innovating on product features/ functionalities (based on market dynamics & feedbacks)
• Other relevant duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record (2 Years or more) in Product Management (or related roles) within telecommunications (or IT) industry
• Knowledgeable in Telecommunication Technologies, Standards & Protocols
• Familiar with Agile Methodology
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skillsets, with strong analytical abilities (in interpreting data to drive product decisions) and adaptability to thrive in dynamic working environment
