Production Administrator Duties:

• General office duties such as filing and photocopying.
• Updating records with Microsoft packages.
• Issuing paper work ensuring information is accurate.
• Answering the phone,
• Responding to emails.
• Data Entry.
• Using Microsoft word and excel to complete company tasks as required.
• Assisting with production plans and schedules.
• Liaising with customers and clients.
• Ordering stock and materials.
• Updating customers on lead times.

2 years previous administration experience required.
