JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure the Production Assembly Line produce within allocated Man-hours & Resources

• To ensure the assembly is having the require Quality Standard according to the Specification given by Principal and Present Value in the Program.
• To Prepare Production Forecast & Schedule
• Take a continuous improvement approach to manufacturing processes to ensure output improves and product quality meets specifications.
• To ensure the CKD & CBU Claims Report are up-to-date and to follow up with Principal for their action at the same time to monitor the Claim Parts delivery
• To Submit & Discuss Monthly Production Report to HOD (Production Activity)
• To achieve the Quality Target set for Assembly Product. Maintain High Standard of Product Quality & Zero Defect from all area. With systematic Approach & Measured the Effectiveness & Preventive Actions are taken
• Enforce and ensure adherence of Safety Guideline and Regulations for Staffs
• Monitor and Manage Staff Discipline, Welfare and Grooming
• To verify the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Report
• To proper Manage & Control of Section Operating Cost
• To monitor Daily Attendance of Staff
• Implement a program of Preventive/Predictive maintenance w/calibration for all Production & Warehouse Equipment’s and Machines

JOB REQUIREMENT

Job role/responsibilities:
To provide a professional, effective, and efficient customer service within North Wales Police with the aim of 'getting it right first time.

• To receive and resolve public enquiries in accordance with force policy.
• To give advice and take appropriate action, being accountable for getting it right first time and managing callers' expectations regarding the service that can be provided.
• To interrogate and analyse a broad range of information systems in order to assess risk and gather relevant supporting data to provide the best and safest resolution to the caller's enquiry/request.
• To record relevant information clearly and accurately into an extensive range of computer systems for a variety of intended audiences including other police departments and external agencies.
• To liaise with external agencies as appropriate.
• To be responsible when appropriate for the closure of incidents.
• To distribute messages as appropriate via the force system such as e-mail, telephone fax and intranet.
• To direct the nearest "police unit" to an incident/emergency once the location has been identified, by way of 'intelligent deployment' by considering and deciding upon the most appropriate resources to commit to it, based on their role, skills, and equipment.
• To be fully accountable for all deployment decisions, which will include the forward planning and management of resource options, thereby maximising the most efficient use of available resources to respond to Priority 0 and Priority 1 events.
• To inform and direct other relevant emergency services to incidents e.g. fire, ambulance, RAF Mountain Rescue etc.

Knowledge/Experience required:

• Ability to type/word process 25 - 30wpm.
• Good communication skills together with the ability to work well in a team environment or on their own initiative.
