Training: This Level 3 apprenticeship is a 24 month training programme which will be completed whilst working in the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit at The Royal Devon University Trust (Eastern Services). Entry requirements for this post are a Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C/9-4 including mathematics, English language and Science or Functional skills level 2 in Maths and English or NVQ level 2 in pharmaceutical services or equivalent. Training will be carried out through West Suffolk College on a virtual classroom platform on a day release basis (Term time). You will study for a Level 3 Diploma in the principles of Aseptic Pharmaceuticals processing. Registration with a Science Council as a RSciTech will be open to the applicant when they successfully completed the two-year training apprenticeship. On the job competency based training will be also be provided to the successful applicant. They will have the ability to work part of a team, maintain accuracy under pressure, and possess good organisational, communication and numerical skills. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.
