• At least three (3) ‘O’ level passes (including English), and Higher Nitec and above or Equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• At least Two (2) years of relevant experience dealing with customers in a frontline / call center experience
• Candidate with facilities maintenance experience will be prefered or deal with fault / repairs reporting for buildings.
• Be proficient in English and one other language, computer literate, adequate typing skills
• Able to handle and swiftly respond with proper etiquette to telephone calls, emails received.
