Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

· Project Coordination: Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of interior design projects.

· Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

· Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

· Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets the company's quality standards and client specifications.

· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report any discrepancies to the Production Manager.

· Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

· Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the production process.

· Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.

· Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address any concerns or requests they may have.

· Technical Drafting: Read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Draft technical documents and detailed drawings as needed.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software

• Material stock in and out records, and daily production planning.
• Prepare quotation and process purchase order.
• Issue invoices and receipts.
• Handling inventory control such as inbound and outbound processing.
• Identify to resolve any issues related to imports, exports, logistical systems, and transportation. Monitoring incoming or outgoing logistics processes, including safety performance, logistics quality control, and transportation or warehousing operations.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors.

Requirements

· Min Nitec/Diploma with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in related field.

· Strong management skills and leadership qualities.

· Experience in manufacturing setting preferred

• Manage accurate production records, work orders and production schedules.
• Track and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules to meet demand and order requirements.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules for production equipment.
• Promote and enforce health and safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Enter data related to production processes, inventory levels, and resource usage into databases or software systems.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Maintain records related to quality inspections and testing.

Requirements

· Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in related field.

· Strong management skills and leadership qualities.
