• Answers all incoming calls through the PABX switchboard.
• Handle all guest requests.
• Process Wake Up calls
• Process Messages for Guests
• Disperse Incoming Faxes with Accuracy
• Process F&B reservations and restaurant enquiries.
• Generate Room Service Orders
• Report fault to Vendors to maintain our in-house system (NGB/STARHUB/NEC/SINGTEL)
• Maintain and keep record of all Equipment and phones

Requirements:

• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Able to work on a shift basis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
