Are you a Production Operator looking for a move? Escape are working with a rapidly expanding manufacturing client and are keen to speak to Production Operators available for ongoing work in the West Lothian area.

This is a temporary role, with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates after a qualifying period.

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour

Working hours: Mon - Thurs 7:00 - 16:15

Friday 7:00 - 13:30

Immediate Requirement - Materials Coordinator - Initial 12 month Contract

Our client has an immediate requirement for a Materials Coordinator. The Materials Coordinator will support the Supply Chain Team in daily activities and work closely with the Supply Chain Manager.

They will work with internal colleagues to identify demands and priorities, expedite orders and generate reports.

Responsibilities of the role will involve:

• Generate Purchase Orders from MRP reports
• Manage Supplier order acknowledgements, expedite orders and ensure the Production Schedules are maintained
• Produce reports for the Supply Chain Team to support Materials Supply - order status, OTD, cost reduction and production updates
• Compile and distribute Manufacturing Order Shop Packets
• Ensure the MRP/ERP systems are updated and maintained
• Update BOM and Product Data with any changes

Experience and knowledge required for the role:

• Experience of working in a support role within Supply Chain, Production or Procurement
• Good systems experience and understanding of ERP/MRP systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and attention to detail-skills
• Structured approach to working
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
