The actual KJEs may include all, some or more of the followings :

Collect and estimate customer forecast, to create 18 months production plan and load it into SAP system.

Monthly submit volume forecast to Finance and weekly outlook, accuracy is requested.

Weekly release two weeks production schedule and fix one week without change.

Daily work with operation team to follow up schedule attainment.

Daily work with material team to understand material support plan.

Monthly submit six months build plan to IE team to study capacity.

Weekly release ship plan according to customer demand and operation output.

Work with quality team if have quality issue and how to replace to customer on time.

Weekly update SAP planning, insure correct forecast to release to supplier.

New product and part number need trigger set up MBOM into SAP.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

Diploma in production, IE or BA discipline

At least three years production planner experience.

Prefer automotive industrial experience.

Regular Normal Working hours

• Day to day soldering
• Responsible for maintaining, modifying and improving test systems
• Responsible for improving test yield and reduce machine downtime
• Perform simple mechanical and electrical setup and repair
• Perform schedule Preventive Maintenance and correlation
• Track production yield losses and production downtime
• Control and reduce cost
• Surface mount Technology / Soldering Reward

• ITE in engineering
• Patience due to nature of job
• Able to work in a team
• IPC Certification is an advantage

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes
• Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty production equipment
• Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)
• identify and rectify process problems for quality improvement/scrap reduction
• Updated and control of equipment spare parts
• Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment
• Support new program/model start-up
• Support Production Overtime on weekdays, weekends, Sundays, and Public holidays
• Minimizing machine downtime, scrap raw materials/products
• Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality
• Communicating with production operators/supervisors and other support groups

Requirements

• Fresh Diploma Holders in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Production Engineering / Chemical Processing Engineering preferred or with 3 years of practical experience
• Proficient in PLC programming
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts and support OT
