Job Title: Production Supervisor
Occupation: Assembly and Quality Check Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. This role is responsible for supervising a team involved in assembling products and performing quality checks to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Supervision: Coordinate assembly line tasks, ensuring timely and efficient production.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet quality standards before release.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate the production team, monitor performance, and provide guidance on best practices.

Job Description:

• Overall in change of shops operation and sales.
• Provide advice, recommend products, answer any questions customers might have for walk in or call in customers, and attempt to make sales through enquiries.
• Demonstrate or showcase the store’s products to customers.
• Answer the phone and handle customer’s requests and enquiries.
• Look after customers and guest’s welfare.
• Initiate and build Customer Relations Management programs to ensure client loyalty.
• Work and maintain store display in accordance with brand visual merchandiser.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain overall presentation of the shop in terms of merchandising, cleanliness, tidiness and display of products, equipment and tools at all times.
• Participate in meetings within or outside the Company.
• Participate in ongoing trainings within or outside the Company.
• Participate in monthly product test and ensure pass test

Job Description

• Perform daily production work, such as operating machines and performing upskill production, filling, printing, labeling, inbox, etc.
• Quality check of raw materials and finished goods as per quality plan to ensure raw materials and finished goods are within specifications.
• Record all daily activities and duties.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices all the time and ensure zero non-conformance products.
• Carry out continuous improvement projects to improve the efficiency of equipment and process and ad-hoc assignments.
• Make suggestions and take steps to improve production processes and efficiency as well as cost-saving measures.
• Perform and ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the working area.
• Adhered strictly to all Good Manufacturing Procedures, Safety, 5S, Quality, and all other policies/standards/ requirements at all times.
• Ensure compliance with uniform, grooming, verbiage, computer usage, productions, operations, and any other guidelines established by the Company from time to time.
