• Responsible for development, implementation, analysis, and revision of the master production schedule for aircraft maintenance production plan throughputs.
• Implements and controls the master production schedule, to include evaluating lead-time changes, assessing unanticipated materiel/production problems and their impact on existing schedules, controlling priorities and meeting critical milestones.
• Performs studies and projects on issues of productivity, quality, capability, functions and work processes, and the use of manpower to determine whether substantial modification is required to improve the efficiency of the entire production plan.
• Assists the overall scheduling effort through the monitoring of the information contained in applicable maintenance/production/supply data systems.

1. Operates and adjusts complete water distribution system and complete sanitary sewer systems, including multiple lift and pumping stations requiring continuous attention to monitor efficiency and ensure continuous service is provided.
2. Performs all tasks involved in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of various types of equipment located in the collection systems.
3. Performs preventive maintenance services.
4. Troubleshoots sewer lift station pumping and controls systems and associated auxiliary and pollution control equipment.
5. Plans and lays out work from blueprints, sketches, specifications, and work orders.

1. Manufacture complex and non-routine parts and items of equipment from raw stock of different metals, metal alloys, and other materials through the use of conventional and/or computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, and precision handwork.
2. Set up and operate a variety of conventional and/or computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools.
3. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and equipment.

• Operates boom cranes where maneuverability is restricted and accuracy is critical. Uses and maintains tools and equipment.

• Operates one or more types of heavy equipment to excavate, backfill, grade, or level earth to rough specifications on such projects as breaking new ground for trails, roads, airfields, or other construction sites.
• Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.

2. Manage shop capacity and calculate and establish shop hours based on workload mixture in systems to control input to maintenance.
3. Monitor multiple shop operations, plan and manage actual production start dates, manage assets in-work, and monitor assets in-queue in support of the Squadron Commander/Director.
4. Provide material management support to production operations by ordering parts and material.
