As an Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Operator and SME, you’ll bring your strategic, tactical and technical background to work on projects for Marine Corps science and technology organizations. You’ll research, analyze, assess, plan and support evaluations and experiments. You’ll use your skills and expertise to assess and advance warfighting concepts with recommendations for capability development that span the DOTMLPF-P spectrum.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with DoD organizations
Experience providing timely research and analysis of UAS threats to identify high-value gaps and leverage expertise in developing innovative solutions
Experience providing timely research and analysis of UAS capabilities to identify future operational needs
Experience with sensor integration into UAS platforms
Experience planning and coordinating group 1-5
Experience with communication infrastructure used to support command and control of UAS operations
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across the civilian and military spectrum from the Action Officer to the General Officer and Flag Officer
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience with senior executive-level officials
Knowledge of Counter–Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) equipment and methodologies, mounted and dismounted Tactics, Techniques and Procedures
Knowledge of USMC Force Design
Knowledge of DoD requirements and acquisition processes
Knowledge of U.S. military considerations globally
Possession of excellent research and analytic skills
Possession of excellent written communication skills
Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
