JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a professional to join our RDS team in Singapore. This individual is expected to contribute to decisions regarding financial resource management, as well as serve as Treasury’s main point of contact with businesses which consume or generate funding

• Develop and iteratively optimize the firm’s funding liability strategy, considering cost, channel diversification, maturity concentration, and impact to key liquidity and capital metrics, with a focus on APAC entities
• Build models, develop analytical frameworks, and conduct scenario analysis to help inform marginal liability management and financial resource allocation decisions based on liquidity availability, marginal costs, return profile, and franchise benefits

QUALIFICIATIONS

To team with up the supply chain financing solutions team with Business Analyst to work on projects and application support of Connexis Supply Chain (Front Office & Back Office Application) global releases.

We currently have career opportunity for Manager to join our Valuation, Modelling & Economics team, focused on Financial Services sector, within Strategy and Transactions service line in Singapore.

We work across financial services sector (fintech, digital banking, traditional banking, insurtech and insurance, wealth & asset management) and operate in a broad range of disciplines including:

• M&A and fundraising valuation diligence
• Financial modelling for M&A and market entry (JV, greenfield, etc.)
• Valuation for financial reporting
• Financial modelling for FP&A (business forecasting and planning)
• Data analytics and visualization
• Other, bespoke model development

Your key responsibilities

• Have a primary focus on valuation and financial modelling to deliver projects for financial service sector clients throughout Asia (fintech, digital banking, traditional banking, insurtech and insurance, wealth & asset management)
• Advise clients on M&A deals and strategic corporate finance issues
• Create and present insightful and compelling management presentations and valuation reports
• Use data analysis to address complex corporate finance and strategy problems
• Lead and be a part of project teams comprising of colleagues from different competencies (Strategy, Transaction Strategy Execution, Transaction Diligence, Business Consulting)
• Build strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers
• As part of your career development, you will: lead sales opportunities with senior team members and clients; lead preparing proposal documents; be supported in building client relationships at all levels.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science or Engineering
• International exhange experience during university or international working experience is a strong plus
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of: valuation, financial modelling, corporate development, FP&A, preferably in a Big 4 or other large professional services organization
• Excellent knowledge of valuation methods and concepts (deal valuation - DCF, DDM, Residual Income, Market Approach; financial reporting valuation – PPA, intangible assets)
• Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to create fit for purpose financial models (e.g., cash flow, integrated financial statement, operational and decision support models) using best practice techniques and applying sound commercial judgment
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
• Demonstrated capability or strong interest in using visualization software and managing data sets (PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.)
• A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment

Ideally, you also have

• Experience and interest in financial services sector (fintech, digital banking, traditional banking, insurtech and insurance, asset management)
• A proven record of excellence in a merger integration, acquisitions, divestitures
• CFA, FMVA, CAIA, CVA, BIDA, CPA
• Established networking skills in a relevant industry

The User Growth (UG) team is responsible for the growth of TikTok's international short video products. We help develop customized growth strategies for the products and utilize various marketing, product, and data analysis techniques to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a range of product growth strategies, such as paid advertising and organic user acquisition, and skillfully applies them to various businesses to drive growth. Additionally, when new growth opportunities are identified, we create new solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for researching key issues in the content ecosystem of TikTok's global market, delivering insights and strategic proposals from the perspectives of content experience and user understanding, influencing the evolution direction and enhancing the long-term platform value ceiling.
