- Applies inventory management and supply planning operations expertise to balance supply to meet forecasted demand by generating secondary item supply action recommendations.
- Plans, develops, implements, and manages effective and affordable product supply support strategies throughout the life cycle for weapons, materiel, or information systems, as addressed in applicable policy/regulatory guidance.
- Leads team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees per established workflow, and skill level and/or occupational specialization and making adjustments to accomplish the workload.
- Supports the weapon system manager in the development and document the supply support strategy, in applicable documentation, IAW policy and regulatory guidance.
- Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
- Leads team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees per established workflow, and skill level and/or occupational specialization and making adjustments to accomplish the workload.
