We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the solution design and delivery for our finance processes. The successful candidate will understand and own all finance processes associated with quote to cash. Procure to pay as well as record to report functionality. She/he will provide structure and leadership to projects, understand the Intapp business requirements, provide guidance on best practices and standard functionality and translate needs into technical solutions.   Additionally, this position will oversee the delivery of IT services and projects and ensure internal client satisfaction.

• Become an expert in Intapp’s finance processes and systems and bring strong functional knowledge about finance processes to the table.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help define the solutions.
• Act as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stack
• Responsible for owning finance system configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Pair understanding of business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic technical roadmaps
• Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work with all management to address them.
• Work with development and project teams to deliver finance process improvements in terms of enhancement as well as projects.
• Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track.
• Translate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iteratively
• Establish and bring new efficiencies and insights through systematic solutions
• Document business process requirements and partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions
• Effectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads to achieve high value business outcomes
• Facilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation
• Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical business systems including NetSuite. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests

What you will need:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 8+ years Business Analyst experience
• Experience with finance processes – AR/GL/ revenue accounting and Order, contract management and billing, financial consolidation and reporting, month/quarter/year end close 
• Prior experience with ERP systems especially NetSuite and integration with CRM (Saleforce), NetSuite ARM, Billing solutions (like Salesforce Billing, NetSuite or Zone billing), FP&A tools like Adaptive, Anaplan etc.
• Best practices are your best friend
• Strong verbal and writing skills

• 8+ years of relevant BSA experience in ERP, QTC, P2P and R2R Space

For California based roles, Base Pay Range is $1650000/yr - $180,000/yr.  Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity.  In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.

Job Summary

The Project Manager ensures that Flowserve meets our commitments on complex aftermarket orders related to repairs, upgrades, hydraulic rerates, and maintenance of rotating pumps and equipment for our customers in industries such as oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, municipal water/wastewater, and power. These complex projects involve technical challenges, substantial risk, and multiple service centers, and they may cross state and international boundaries. The position reports to the Services & Solutions Manager of Project Management, North America and the position is located in Rancho Dominguez, CA facility.

Responsibilities

• Leads kickoff meetings and phase gate meetings to coalesce strategies into actions. Identifies stakeholders and analyzes their expectations. 

• Proficient at contract review documentation and make sure it reflects what has been negotiated and ensure successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assists the project team to develop the scope of supply, to translate work breakdown structure into an activity-based schedule and to identify the critical path.  Helps the team to prepare key project management documents.

• Communicates project specifications, terms and conditions to key suppliers.

• Leads project review meetings and collaborates with all disciplines during the project, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure that Flowserve delivers on-time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Maintain a positive customer experience while tracking progress towards budget objectives. Monitors our on-time invoice submissions and cash collections.

• Develops communication plans.  Gathers and integrates reports, data, and information to communicate regular, accurate status and forecasts to all stakeholders, including customers.  Presents project progress to management on a routine basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. An equivalent of education and experience may be considered.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in rotating or fixed equipment and/or equipment packages will be required.

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related order fulfillment role within a manufacturing environment is required. 

• Deep understanding of project management concepts, with a high proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Deep understanding of the Root Cause Analysis, warranty process and natural drive towards quality.

• Strong understanding of how documents, materials, parts flow through the manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Wave Planner, you release orders to the Work Management System (WMS), on an hourly basis. The Wave Planner also, ensures departments have consistent orders to fulfill the production day. The Wave Planner drops orders in a strategic way to ensure that service level is met. Sends daily orders and communicates with other departments. Monitors order progress via the High Jump software. May interact with customer service department to plan and effectively execute production, shipping, compliance account structure, and meet ship windows.  

The Wave Planner is also cross trained in other departments to assist and support in a as needed basis. This includes, but not limited to administration duties for the Distribution Center. • Coordinate and manage daily outbound waves using the WMS Highjump to manage, prioritize, create and release customer order, fulfillment work in consistency to Vendor Compliance routing guides & proper ship methods.
• Coordinate with Distribution management and Customer Service department to resolve customer order issues; process special request, etc.
• Communicate with Warehouse department personnel to investigate inventory allocation issues that arise during the process of creating and releasing waves.
• Develop strategies with Shipping Supervisor to create and release order fulfillment work based on start ship date, cancel date and prioritized orders
• Investigate “aging” waves and cartons and resolve accordingly through HighJump
• Support and assist the distribution center with administration duties.

6.        Maintain VSPC cabinets with bi-monthly filter changes and repair / replace ventilation fans as required.

7.        Repair property damages such as drywall and concrete.

8.        Respond to Customer needs in a timely manner.

9.        Must be able to use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches, drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment. Also perform welding, using a cutting torch as required.

What Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot contributes to Cardinal Health

Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing, analyzing and/or repairing products.

Job Summary

The Project Technician (PT) is an entry level position within the Optimization Services Consulting and Project Management Team. The PT is anticipated to be deployed to billable customer projects 80% of the year (approximately 40 weeks) and may travel up to 80% of the time in support of customer projects. A PT will perform tasks associated with improving customer’s inventory management practices. Projects will vary in length, from one week to greater than 12 months, and typically work is onsite at the customer locations Monday through Thursday weekly. Overview:

The general function of this position is performing project management duties for repair orders from customer inquiry through invoicing. The project manager position is responsible to analyze, quote, process and coordinate orders with the customers, shop operations, engineering and sales, while ensuring total quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability per company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain required data to properly prepare repair quotations, including required scope, cost, pricing, lead-times, available resources, etc.

• Ensure that once quotation becomes an order, job is implemented properly.  This, including placing correct parts orders, writing accurate and detailed work scopes, and making sure all other required resources are available throughout job duration.

• Help to promote future business opportunities through customer satisfaction with all phases of their experience with Elliott.

• Properly analyze inspection reports in order that correct actions are taken. This should lead to orders that enable us to reach established profit goals and create customer satisfaction.

• Maintain communications on all orders, including formal written communications, schedule and direct customer meetings, hold review meetings with shop personnel with regards to order status, and maintain communication with sales and management.

• Project management and engineering.  Projects will range from simple single-stage industrial equipment to complex multi-stage engineered apparatus.

• Order maintenance, including acknowledgment letters, accounting interface, maintaining job folders, closing out jobs, preparing information for invoicing and filing.

• Process and issue final reports to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in engineering. Experience in repair of turbomachinery in lieu of engineering background will be considered.

• Project management certification is a plus.

• Candidate must be mechanically inclined and possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to handle difficult situations and demanding deadlines.

• Candidate must be able to work in multidisciplinary teams and possess the ability to develop and grow relationships.

• Responsible for championing the product-development process from a market perspective, to include articulating the market opportunity, capture strategy, desired time schedule, desired end-pricing and potential return on investment.
• Responsible for identifying and monitoring risks associated with customer requirements and programs.
• Responsible for conducting product demonstrations as needed on the ground or in flight to support product sales and training.
• Responsible for effectively communicating with Teledyne FLIR DoD business development personnel to ensure a well-coordinated sales effort to both the OEM and military end-user.
• Required to travel up to 50% of the time, providing support to major program pursuits.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education: 

BA/BS Degree or technical equivalent military/government background or operational experience.

Knowledge of Profession/Principles/Trade:

• Demonstrated business development success in the area of high value military imaging, electronics or equivalent experience
• Ability to setup, operate and demonstrate Teledyne FLIR products
• Ability to develop and present the operational values of a thermal imaging systems in a typical operating environment
• Ability to understand, document and tailor customer requirements into a Teledyne FLIR technical solution
• Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely in front of small or large groups utilizing demonstration equipment, multimedia tools and personal presentation skills

Qualifications:

Desired Experience:

• Ten (10) years prior business, acquisition or program development experience or military equivalent acquisition or operational experience
• Knowledge of the U.S. Navy and DoD acquisition process and operational communities with a particular focus on Shipboard/Maritime systems, to include large and small surface combatants, patrol boats, unmanned surface platforms and Military Sealift Command assets.
• Minimum rank of LCDR (if applicable)
• Familiarity with major US shipbuilding and maritime OEMs
• Possess an understanding of night vision/thermal imaging technology and/or its applications
• Demonstrated ability to independently travel up to 50% of the time.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Ability to lift/maneuver equipment and transport cases weighing up to 70 pounds as required in support of product demonstrations
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Job Summary:

Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required material purchases. Resolves discrepancies, material shortages and maintains build schedules with production. Controls delivery need schedule for planned material and works with procurement to resolve any shortage or material changes from engineering. Job Qualifications:

Job Summary:

The Teledyne FLIR Project Manager is responsible for tracking and driving engineering, operations and quality for updates to existing, fielded products, as well as leading new product development to ensure that Teledyne FLIR products and solutions remain world class in the marketplace to support the business and growth.  The position responsibilities encompass managing projects related to multi-spectral surveillance systems.  Successful candidate will possess business acumen to track, drive project budgets and resources.  The position reports to the Director, Project Management and involves cooperative development, organizational resource coordination, coordinating assets with Business Development and Capture Management teams to ensure new products are delivered on time, and are well positioned to win in the marketplace.   The ideal candidate will have Department of Defense project management experience and be familiar with Defense Acquisition best practices.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess engineering resource loading to support future operational requirements through previous actual expenses on similar projects, estimations based on best practices, and customer input.
• Research budgetary documents, project justification, and general information from potential customers to determine direction of movement to drive product positioning and internal investments.
• Make educated, fact-based recommendations to Surveillance leadership to ensure internal research and development projects are moving products the right direction and speed to provide customers what they need and support growth.
• Develop project plans. Establish appropriate planning and controls details to meet project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and provide input to the product and portfolio vision for Teledyne FLIR.
• Communicate and execute project plans starting with Project Kickoff.
• Lead smaller projects independently and larger projects together with multi-discipline team consisting of Design, Electrical, Software, Operations, Quality.
• Lead team meetings assign and/or record action items in project management tools and assure follow through.
• Compile and present project status, schedule and budgetary EVM statistics to customers or company management as required.

Job Qualifications:

• BS in Scientific or Engineering, technology management, or related field.
• 5-7 years applicable experience in project engineering/ management, and product development.
• Export compliance required.  Firm understanding of ITAR regulations and export controls for both ITAR controlled, and non-ITAR or EAR products.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional teams and deliver unity of effort.
• Successful support of new product development launch and new business capture.
• Familiar with both traditional and Agile development processes.
• Experience leading customer milestone reviews, including PDRs and CDRs, and driving progress to meet timeline expectations.
• Must be a team player with strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in conditions of uncertainty.
• Experience with EO/IR products targeted for government and defense applications preferred.
• Experience working on Government FFP/CPFF programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills to foster a cooperative environment.
• Ability to develop recommendations and justify sound business decisions and strategies.
• Must be willing and able to travel within the USA and internationally.
• Must be able to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Excellent computer skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project as well as working knowledge of ERP systems.
