An International Business Development Manager vacancy has arisen in our fast-growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to
join our Export team.
LOCATION: HOME BASED, WITH REGULAR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIRED
JOB TITLE: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week including international travel)
SALARY RANGE: £38,000 - £46,000pa (£46,000pa - £55,000pa OTE) commission + Car + bonus
JOB ROLE:
Micronclean have developed a market leading range of cleanroom consumable products, largely researched, Developed and manufactured
in our own facilities. We are looking to replicate the success in growing our sales in the UK through export.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Micronclean’s International Distributors and end user accounts by promoting
our Cleanroom Consumable & Medical Device product offerings. You will need to promote Micronclean’s cleanroom expertise and
ensure differentiation from competitors via promotion of product, service USP’s, Technical training and obtain price premiums.
As a highly self-motivated sales professional, you will be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record ideally gained in a
Business-to-Business (B2B) environment. In addition, you will possess a proven ability to generate new business and to then
develop long term business relationships. As an ambitious self-starter, you will be seeking a career opportunity within an

Full training will be provided. Due to the location of the Head Office the successful candidate must be prepared to spend
significant time in Lincolnshire in the first 3 months for training purposes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
* Full sales responsibility for the distributors and end user accounts within your portfolio. You will need to provide a high
margin / profitable/ effective service.
* Work with a portfolio of international distributors to ensure that they hit annual sales targets, this will be achieved by
regular visits and potentially supporting them in front of their customers where necessary.
* Be an engaged member of the Export Sales Team by contributing to the improved performance of the Team to deliver sustained
profit growth and retention for the business.
* Adhere to and demonstrate the Micronclean SKIE’s values.
* To ensure that all distributors and end user accounts are set up and operate in a manner consistent with Micronclean’s policies
and procedures.
* To identify objectives, sales strategies and action plans with the international portfolio for short and long-term sales plans.
* To identify new markets or requirements for special products within Micronclean’s business sectors.
* To liaise and network with a wide range of stakeholders including distributors, end user accounts, colleagues, suppliers, and
partner organisations.
* To be responsible for attaining turnover and profitability figures for the assigned international portfolio.
* Manage and monitor processes to ensure the distributors / end user accounts receive the highest level of customer
service/aftercare both in the speed of response and the manner of communication.
* All distributors within your portfolio to be visited a minimum of once within a six-month period.
* A clear and concise post/visit report is to be written and shared with the distributor / end user accounts and loaded into the
company’s CRM package.
* A comprehensive technical understanding of our Consumables / Medical Devices product ranges.
* A thorough knowledge of our internal systems and processes.
* Good IT skills in the use of Microsoft office products.
* Knowledge sharing within the business, from exhibitions and training courses attended.
* A commitment to continually developing your sales and service skills.
* Working with distributors and accounts to help identify and overcome their specific challenges.
* Host technical training & keynote talks as required. To promote yourself as a technical leader.
* To identify and assist with the distributors / end user accounts’ obligations to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Propose strategic changes, business improvements and new product/service ideas through the corporate innovation mechanism.

* Understanding of our product range and the customer / distributors requirements for our Cleanroom Consumable products and
services.
* Cleanroom Consumable Industry Experience.
